And yummy yum yum, just recently i tried these for the first time at a Vietnamese restaurant and have made them once on my own. (from a recipe found on the internet) Sure do wish you were my next door neighbor, i would love to learn more. oh, i can do that right here at utube. I tried making spring rolls like that once upon a time but the wrappers were just too chewy for me, they looked much better prepared your way. I think I'll have to try again.
