There might be reasons to think Obama is a puppet but THIS is not one of them. The Lord's Resistance Army has been terrorizing and killing innocent people in Africa for 20 years. This includes kidnapping and making children into soldiers thus defiling the population for generations to come. Wiping out LRA is in the absolute interest of international security.
