Thank you for your reply ..when / what type of curries do you use this Chat masala ..and when you say blend og spices .. does it include hot peppers ? like chillies ..Im sorry , it's just that . Indian cooking seem so inspiring to me lately and would like to see and learn more .. Vahchef, has be so great and I truly appreciate these videos .. awaitibg a speedy reply .. God bless ya !
Pakora is a snack.. you can have it as a snack in the evening along with cut raw onions (you can also spray some chat masala on the prepared pakora and have it as a snack). You can also have Pakora along with Rice & Curry!!! (Boiled rice mixed with a Curry)
biryani, fried rice, dosa, coconut chutney (was amazing),tomato rice,etc...all were excellent....thanks told all my friends to go learn cooking from ur videos
U r too good Chef.i jus love ur sense of humour. Great job at cooking so many variety of dishes...I have learnt a lot abt cooking thru ur videos.....keep it going..God Bless.
Man.....this is unfair....we just got thru watching this w/my friend fro Dar-es-ssalam and boy o boy o boy...we r hungry like camels...Invite us , man...
I added 2tsp of rice flour to a cup of besan and that made the pakora somewhat crispier. I had to mix the batter really well with a whisk to see air bubbles. Using less of thinner batter seemed to work better. If the pakora does not begin to float immediately, mix well, thin it out, and use less batter. Now. here is my issue.. I don't seem to get the red color!!! There is something different in the streetside handheld bhavan that I miss. I didn't add the caraway seeds. is that why?
why do my pakoras always come out soggy/soft? i like them crispy, how do i achieve that? add more baking soda? make the batter very thick? please help someone
Wow!! those banana pepper pakora's look deeeeelish!! and thank you so much for ur vids and being genuinely passionate about cooking. i love seeing chefs who truly enjoy their craft!
derubala Its all in the consistency of the batter ,and make sure your banana pepper is dry from outside before you dip in the batter ,mix the batter just before you dip you vegetables,if your batter coats well to your dipped finger then it is good , fry in medium heat, always use fresh batter as old batter tends to get bown color faster and remain raw inside
the way u cook is great.. i wanna leave my job n wanna become cook..

If you followed the recipe, and it still comes out soggy. It's probably because the frying oil was not hot enough. Try it at a higher temperature.

why is that when I make mirchi pakora, the dough never sticks on the banana peppers?
If I make dough thick than inside of never get cooked. If a bit loose and doesn't stick on peppers.
Help....!!!
