i always thought charlie weiss was overrated but gruden? i cant imagine him being patient with 20 year olds when he already shuffles his young players in and out of his dog house because he prefers aging veterans. not to mention he had the most complicated offense in the nfl and never broke more then 15th total offense for them. gruden is overrated.

I don't guess Urban Meyer will do it. He said before he went to Florida that ND was his dream job. Then again, Florida, as much as I hate them, has some talent down there and it'd be stupid to walk away from 2 National Championships in 3 years to a team to a team that doesn't have any solid foundation and have to rebuild from the ground up.

gruden will get paid the big money for still being under contract with the bics....he can not coach next season and take a well deserved vacation with his family, or he can take a job with hooters in clearwater as a spokesperson and do commercials...he used to work there
