If you notice, the details of hell without demons is nothing more than a result of a nuclear bomb set off in a major city. That's why they're cars, buildings, trees, even debris flying around. More like hell on earth from my perception....hope it's not foreshadowing things to come.

God isn't good; God is just. But who's to say God isn't Satan...and Satan isn't God? Lucifer could have been a persona God chose, so people would follow him and not "Lucifer"? If you were almighty and people worshipped you, wouldn't you want them to follow and believe in justified reasons? So why can't Lucifer be God?
Anyway, I love this movie; it's a nice perspective.

Is that cat as the gate to hell an original idea? Does anyone know if it was in the comic or not? Because I just discovered a book called Time Cat by Lloyd Alexander. It is about a boy named Jason and his pet cat named Gareth who can travel to any place and any time. Jason must look into Gareth's eyes to travel. It's an interesting idea...original or not.

I'm 31 years of age. Just so you know I've been around and I'm sure everyone on here has. We've all experienced hard times financially, and emotionally I've punched and kicked and have also been punched and kicked, yet there is nothing about this earth or life that can compare to a Hell. I've heard many people over the years say the exact thing "Oh! We're living in the Hell" etc... It is a nonsense statement that has simply lost its originality. You get packed into normal sized cars with hundreds of other people like you and tortured by demons there while left clawing, and biting at each each attempting to escape the crushing confines of the vehicle. Or the car is eternally ablaze with you, and others like you, inside trying to get out. You get the point

I tried this with my dog....without ever having seen this movie. A few years before it in fact. I asked him if he knew about the Labyrinth of the Penumbra. He stared at me unblinking for about 5 minutes...almost as if contemplating what to do with me. True story.
