The only headphones that are worth 300$ and up are basically two hot goddesses mouths on the finest diamond infused sapphire, ruby, gold, platinum, titanium, steel, Kevlar, carbon-fiber, ion, emerald, black and white, pink, purple, pearl, asteroid, head band, band. (out of breath)

They are basically made by the same branch of Beats by Dre, so they tried to make the sound quality similar. One thing is if you are buying this for non-apple computer use, the volume adjustment does not work.

r. These feel much more secure and do not hang out like the Beats Solos. They don't squeeze your head, the ear cushions and top cushion are very soft. However, the top of the ear drivers with the SOL Republic logo are fingerprint-prone, much like the Beats Solos headbands.

And for the user below and for any who may be turned off by his comment, I tried these headphones on (the non-HD versions) at Best Buy. The display set's audio was broken, but I did get to try them on, since the design on the non-HDs and HDs are both the same (though the headband of the non-HDs have a plastic feel while there is a chrome finish on the HDs). They are the most comfortable on-ear headphones I have ever worn. Note I said ON-EAR, this does not include over-the-ea

A question for those who have actually listened to these headphones: do they have a good amount of clarity and detail, or is it muffled by bass like Beats? How are the mids and highs? If all of the above are good, is there a bumping bass like the Beats (but doesn't drown out the higher frequencies)? Thanks.
