ANYONE READING THIS, DON'T BUY THIS IS YOU HAVE STRONG LUNGS!!!!! Total drain of your funds if you have strong lungs doesn't help you can get something called "POWER BREATHE" which is waaaaaaay more advanced than this, only thing great about this is that it conveniently sits on your face as you work out. Cheaper alternative would be "ULTRABREATHE" which is more advanced than this by a long shot. This is a great idea just too weak for anyone serious about training.

@goodnightChesty1775 doesn't fog but its not hard to do look up "ULTRABREATHE & POWER BREATHE" on ebay or online I have them they are very hardcore for advancing your lung power. This is actually like a kids toy compared to the other 2 products I referred to you check them out.

@goodnightChesty1775 The best device I have was a little $5 thing advertised for fat chicks to lose weight but when you use it damn its hard haha. It has 3 breathing levels & 1st level is like the advanced level of this elevation mask I shit you not, I don't know the name of it I'll have to check my eBay history. When or "IF" I find it I'll let you know if you're interested. Don't let who it was targeted at put you off cause this thing is a simple device but advanced on what it's meant to do.

@steady2wheels Sorry I took so long but I had to check my purchase history, o.k search for this in eBay (Breathing Trainer Ultra Breathe Respiratory Exerciser) its about $5 has the same effect as this you may even choose to buy a nose clip for about $1 or $2 to help you with this so you don't cheat. It looks simple but has the same effect, 3 levels of difficulty I normally use mine before a run or after a work out in the sauna. Trust me it works & you don't look like a WW2 soldier when using it.
