I agree with macksnack, I think your form is very good. I, too, studied this form along with arlu maifu, lienbu quan, gongli quan, shizi tang, and xiao hu yan (all standard Northern Shaolin long fists). I learned from my father who learned growing up in taiwan...
not bad but i always find the shing bu quite funny ! do you fell comfortable with those steps ?

I don't know shaolin much at all, but your footwork is incredibly slick.
On a side note, I think first road to ambush is a little too literal of a translation :)
Sounds more like..."Ambush: version 1" to me.

You probably should slow down a little bit. Some details are lost during the practice.

Not bad at all, a little fast in certain parts but still pretty good.
I do this form as well, as well as Ar Lu Mi Fu, etc.
