So why did it roll over at the end like that? Everything was going so well. Did I detect a tiny nose-up movement at low speed, just enough to cause a tip stall? I know you have anhedral to avoid crosswind trouble on the water (at least I think you do), but would a flat wing give you a bit more stability?

@Nickchud I do not think this was stall as it has never stalled on me while the engines are running. I had problems with one engine quitting (that was happened on the second crash 100% sure). On the first start I did not apply enough throttle because I wanted to make a long take off. One can see how it interact with the incoming waves a few bounces before it flips. Maybe I got water in one of the props slowing the engine down...which lead to unwanted yaw
