  • What you've done by adding the vinegar in decreased the Ph (shifted the Eq. towards H and less OH). Once you've liberated those free ions, you're going to have a much more difficult time producing gases.

  • now light that sucker up lol

  • What is the output on this system? can you please do a demonstration of output please?

  • Guys most of your questions are answered on this pdf file, metals to use, heat problems, spacing, quantities of electrolyte, all there for you to read and learn, ill just ask is 5 seconds of your time in adds and then skip the add and the pdf will be loaded, the link is this one --> adf. ly/2rV6g don't forget to remove the space after you copy paste it to your browser thumbs up if you like it Thx in advance !

  • White vin = White Vinegar? Vinegar is a weak acid, so it's a weak electrolyte I think...Try Sodium Hydroxide. (NaOH) (Lye) Or KOH

  • hmm, figure a -nnnn+nnnn- config would work the same at 12 volts @ 15 amps.. without the exess heat.

  • well we've now discovered going over 2 volts a plate is bad in the way that the extra voltage is turned into heat and boils the water, thus producing steam. In the end run people found high amperage with low voltage hho production is increased, pulse width modulators I've heard decrease the amperage while again, increasing the hho production. I'm using a 4" cube hho dry cell (11 plate in the -nnnn+nnnn- configuration) it runs 1.5 litres per minute at 12volts /15 amps

  • @Me102288 i have an 11 plate system coming and your getting that 1.5 litres per minute.. awesome.. might need to get an extra cell.. oh and btw i'm only running a 1.3L 4 cylinder engine .. the car is a ford festiva 1991 model.

  • @jawbraeka yup it does exactly what hho2u dot com said it would, first try I forget the Koh / water mix

and it seems to run better with one of the ends with the hose barbs islifted up a bit (old book in my case 1/2" thick) and ya I was going to get another one if I was going to run our small 4 cylinder's.. Well, not like 1 wont help, the more hho = the less gasoline so the more the better I guess :-)

  • how many amps and volts input?

  • props! very well done!!!

  • nice job

  • dont pay any attention to the new waves, they got nothing better to do than bitch !

if nobody tried we would not get anywhere.

  • its gets to boiling point in a matter of minutes. but what i have done is use a oil cooler mounted on the front of my car, and use a small 12v pump to circulate the water throught it, seems to be doing the job.. just dont use KAOH as electrolite with an alluminium cooler it will eat it away over night!!!!!!! and the power source it an alternator with no regulater, at 3000rpm its suppling 105VDC

  • how much time before the unit over heats? i'm having over heating issues with my 24v setup. how are you managing heat issues with higher voltage?

  • @chambuche overheat = to much voltage. increase size of electrode or lower voltage, then ya wont ovheat and biol yer water :-), p.s. 1 volt at 100 amps is less heat then 100 volts at 1 amp... same wattage output. truth is electrolysis is most effecient at 1.48 volts and just increase the amps or electrode size for more production

  • @Me102288 That is NOT true. 1 Volt at 100 amps = 100 watts of power dissipation. 100 volts at 1 amp = 100 watts of power dissipation: P = I * V that is to say: Power (watts) = Current times Voltage... if you are drawing 1 amp, or 100 amps and the end result is the POWER being equal to 100 watts you will dissipate 100 watts worth of heat, i don't know what temperature that is because obviously it will vary depending on the medium the load is dissipating the heat into.

  • @SalukiDiver That was really meant for @chambuche not sure why it substituted your tag @me102288

  • @SalukiDiver ya I was backwards, higher voltage reduces resitantance. 120 volts at 1 amp is less heat..

had to ask a certified electrician.

  • @SalukiDiver right, and the more Amps drawn through a wire = more heat. Trust me bud I'm a fitter welder right now I'm working mig at 240 volt @ 120 amps (1" thick steel) more amps can be drawn through a higher voltage circuit, current = heat. What I mean by this is 12volts at 1Amp is more heat then 24 volts at.0.5 Amps, yes its the same wattage, but the 12v created more heat getting it to you... check ? :-)

  • at a higher voltage your current draw goes down becasuce instead of the cell drawing the amps, the high voltage is pushing the power down the line becomes like sort of a amplifer.

BTW voltage doesnt kill amps do, voltage just burns..hahahaha

  • no acully its milli amps volts will make you freeze up and cause internal damage which sucks

  • start with 12v 30amp

    240 will kill u

  • stupid question, but where can i buy the stuff to make this work? Ace , Wally world?

  • One of the better producers I've seen. well done. kbo.

  • With that type of electrolyte your probably not drawing much amperage and producing as much gas as you could, although I'm still very impressed!!! Try baking soda or KOH sometime and I bet the difference will be night and day!!!

I tried white vinegar before and the most I could get the cell to pull was .6 amps and hardly any production. Using baking soda at 3-20 amps production is much higher!!!

  • ZERO here is what i did, i made a 2 gallen container, put 5,6 by 6 stainless steel plates gaped them 1/8 of an inch apart used 12 gauge wire an all of it, put a diafram from a propain forklift between the throtilbody and the manifold of my 3.3 6 cilinder pathfinder and wala.... working fine.i disconected all gaslines from the truck. soon i will show you on video ok.

  • no i bought a 1000w inverter and just used a bridge rectifier to convert the ac voltage to dc i am not using any pulsing either.

  • how much time before the unit over heats? i'm having over heating issues with my 24v setup. how are you managing heat issues with higher voltage?
