its not French to be precise. the wings in wales, engines in england, empenage in spain fuselage in france and intirior in germany. its not just French. Hell even the landing gear comes from the U.S. and the winglets from Australia. the aircraft is a world wide effort

@cpsuperbrain The landing gear is made by an American company. Yes boeing is crap and the majority of the aircraft is european but airbus out sourced to the people who made the landing gear for the 747 to get the landing gear for the a380. Also airbus is not just French!

I suggest to inform you, before to spread your usual craps. French aircraft industry is as old, is not older than US industry. First French aircrafts were built at the end of 19th century by Clement Ader. In WW1,the best airplanes were French like the Spad. Before WW2, Bloch was a big French manufacter.After WW2, it was renamed Dassault aviation who produced numerous combat jets as the Mirage, and still manufactures the Falcon business jets line.The best in the world.

@krysta56 So before Boeing bought McDonald Douglas tell me how they were "propped" up by the Gov? take away the WW2 bombers and they've sold thousands upon thousands of commercial airliners .they did well enough on their own to purchase many companies ,Boeing also lost many bids to Grumman ,Mc Doug ,Fairchild ,Lockheed Martin,Northrop Grumman GOV.
