Heh, don't worry too much about originality. I thought my game here was original when I was developing it, but when you browse through XNA games you'll find that there are several games about blood cells and viruses. Biophage is different to the others in that you control the virus and it is multi player.
One thing Biophage and other games of this type don't focus on is the educational aspect....In summary, keep at it!
