  • Thank U

  • Your sharing this recipe without list of ingredients❔❔❔

  • i wonder what its like to touch dough :L

  • hey thanks for the reply. i made the croissants.. i add one stick butter, each cup.... and was delicious... if u don't want use butter use margarine... :)))))))) thank you!

  • as you can see her croissants are all wrong, wrong shaped too big, cause she used too much dohg, more than twice asmuch as you chould by croissant, its not how you do it.

  • @SophieOcean Well than upload a video and do it better :)

  • you must handle it lightly cause id you press it and squeeze it as she does they cant get big while cooking, and they dont get done inside.

its all wrong. real clever proofing with plastic in direct contact with the croisant meaning it takes away the butter she has jsut badigeonne them with, and prevent the croissant form getting high,... all wrong.

oh and she wrote "cool them" befroe she had them baked <BAHHAH and here are the corissant all cook and all, how? on the kitchen table?

  • this video is complete bs thats not how you make croissants and not even how you roll them..

she presses too much on the dough and you must NOT cut it in 2 at the begining, totaly uinecessary and you do NOT turn the angles inwards so much at the end.

and you dont strech the dough wile shping the croissant that total bs

this video should be call how to massacre and sabotage croissants..

also she press and squeeze them like hell and thats exactly what you should NEVER do when shapping a corissant

  • This video its stupid doesn't explain and has some horrible music. Also the blog its just two images no recepie`

  • @faepmagn7 learn reading!

  • This is not well set out it doesnt say how to make he dough but they look yummy

  • this video was very hard to watch because the focus is not right.

  • What do I do if I want to put some kind of jam or berries into the croissant? This technique does not really look like it would allow that...

  • there is not recipe in the blog =/ just two images.

  • @poputatetecus Hi! If you check the bottom of the post there is a link to the recipe along with step by step photos.

  • geez. please keep nails short!

  • Nice recipe, i also have a video for making croissants, they are a joy to make arent they?

  • you take ageeeees.

  • desafio do padeiro super show

  • you say view your blog for the recipe and you go there and its not there!

  • @joyceyvona

What is this cutting for @2:50?

  • @melbourneopera The point of making a slit is so that the dough could be stretched out whiling rolling (outwards) so the resulting croissant shape can be longer, or have more layers. It's not neccessary to do this step, you can still achieve the croissant look by simply rolling the triangular piece of dough.

  • 2:26 what is that tool called?

  • @rattletop from what i know it's called a pizza cutter.

  • hey thx for the upload but next time show us how to make the dough because when u put as a title ( how to make croissants ) u have to include the whole package and once again great vid

  • @michelle13579123 A COOK OR A BAKER WILL ALWAYS COMMENT ON WHAT THEY'RE DOING WHEN THEY'RE COOKING OR BAKING. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY POST IT ON YOUTUBE!!!!

  • @Vian212 ........Not always, really depends on the person.

  • this video would help if the person comment on what she's doing..

  • @Vian212 READ THE GODDAM DESCRIPTION.

  • I visit your blog and looked at the ingredients and it says heavy cream

can you tell me what that is?

great video by the way !!! :)

  • @LetsCook2gether you are right for saying that but it would nt hurt anyone to check on google what it mean

  • would be grateful to know the recipe of the dough

  • wht ur showing u hav any idea, there is no temperature showing nothing in this video. r u trying to show tht hw can u make those cro,, with a gr8 attitude then my frnd u r dumb.

  • kabutops

  • what ingredients and measurements do you use for the dough?

  • @lezyboo1201 there is a link on my blog (see description box!) with the recipe.

  • Nice simple video. One question: Why is it important to put a slit at the base of the triangle before rolling? Thanks!

  • @MacktheNice Hey! Great question. The point of making a slit is so that the dough could be stretched out whiling rolling (outwards) so the resulting croissant shape can be longer, or have more layers. It's not neccessary to do this step, you can still achieve the croissant look by simply rolling.

  • @joyceyvonna Thanks for the reply. I'm now inspired to make my own croissants. Cheers from NZ .

  • You should also add how to make the dough!
