"Sixth form"?? Is THAT what they call the sixth year of schooling in England? Here in the states we have "6th grade" and the others until 12th, and I've heard of Grade such-and-such for other nations. But "sixth form"? Who would call a grade level "form"? A form is something you fill out.

Nursery, Reception, Years 1-6 (primary), Years 7-11, 6th form (Years 12 + 13), college/uni

Year 7 is our first year in secondary school and in secondary school we are seperated into classes called forms for registration and PDV. Year 12 is our 6th form (7+6=12) and is when we do our A levels.

You can fill in a form and a form can be a shape. Nothing to do with schools but I thought you should know.
