Your endurance is very impressive. How long do you think you could hold your legs 12 inches off the floor while lying down? That takes thigh AND ab endurance. And you need to keep your lower back tight to the floor to avoid lower back strain. Also hang from a bar and hold your legs out in an L for time. Keep showing the young guys how tough an older guy can be!
