I'd also like to give a partial song-arranging credit to My saxophonist Isaac Lopez & my guitarist Alfredo Lopez for that great little riff they came up with in the solo break; it really adds to the tune, I think.
Michael Klooster, he's my Shirtail cousin" so Jenny calls it, by marriage , anyway it sounds great, I was actually trying to get ahold of Steve DeVille to see if he would be interested in being a back-up drummer for our band as Don Petersen seems to have his hands fuller than we'd like. I guess I'll try and reach him at work on the base unless you find him for me. look up Semblance of Sanity on facebook, or mself61 on youtube.
@mself61:'Shirtail cousin' huh? That's cute, I like it!I'm pretty easy to find either here or on facebook since I just post under my real name...helps the boolean logic for the search engines; I'll send you Steve's digits...thanx for the feedback; & you have a good drummer in Don Peterson, he rocks as well!
lol,I don't really like Kenny G's music; I like jazz with a little more edge than that.he does have good horn chops though; and I'm sure his band does 2. I like the sax here as well as the guitar, it all grooves pretty good.
@joseabdulcarrera :Lol, the point guard phenom!Being a basketball fan I love good p.g. prospects; but Daniel has always been a good drummer.Even if Kenny G.'s not your bag genre-wise; good musicianship can always be appreciated.
@nathan92100 and @joseabdulcarrera:Interesting you mention Michael Klooster 'cuz' he's a friend of mine. We both graduated from the Franklin High School jazz program; directed by the awesome Mel Won that has produced a lot of musicians over the years; besides myself & Michael, there's Jeff Teczon, Rick Bas,Jorge & Blanca Sahagun, Franky B.,the film composer Ron Meza, and the incomparable Daniel Bejarano that plays drums for Kenny G. now. If I forgot someone let me know!

daniel Bejarano the point guard phenom? Is he incomparable because he plays with kenny G. or because he's always been good?

Rhondda this is surprising b/c you sing jazz so well; rock on! kinda reminds me of Smashmouth and the keyboard stylings of Michael Klooster.
