I don't think that when Brad walked by on the highway that it was the same distance or elevation as the figure they caught earlier. He's too low on the ground....the figure was higher and you only saw what could have been from mid-chest upward. I don't think they disproved it enough for me. I've been over and over both parts, and it just doesn't add up! Plus, Brad was too bright on screen.

@lavenderwolf6 I think its one of those things where its kinda too close to call, as to whether or not is a ghost or just some poor schmuck walking, so they're writing it off as being a false alarm. If the show is being faked, it helps to give the illusion of credibility, and if its not being faked, then it is because they have standards in the quality of evidence they want to present.
