@Pk0Rs94 I've had mine like two and a half years, they're not fragile if you don't treat them stupidly, I had a case on mine since a week after Christmas in 2009 and it just broke so I brought a new one and it protects it even better.

@flaminhoops I personally didn't, I think they advise you to but I don't think it matters, you will need to plug it in to your computer though as you will have to register it etc.

@rupluttaja Yea. When you sign up for an itunes account, read everything. they mention some thing about clicking 'none', there's a scroll option where you click the credit card you use (or something like that) and you scroll done and click 'none'. you get all free apps you want. totally legal.
