A. the $700 billion will likely return a $100-200 billion PROFIT to taxpayers over the next 5 years (see: RTC, Chrysler, ...) as US sells off assets obtained as distressed.

B. You don't like $4.50 gas. Elect Obama, trash the oil industry and don't drill and see how you like $7 gas.

C. If they don't go thru with rescue plan, credit will freeze further and you won't be able to finance cars, use credit card, ...
