  • Mhh Good exercies, backtuck is good for your abs but not the ideal workout, cause it costs alot of energy without training your abs maximal but still good exercies :)

  • @unknownmovement Who in the hell is looking at this exercise saying "thats an awesome ab workout"? The guy has good abs probably because he does some gymnastic style training. Considering he is in a gym, and actually using correct form on his backflips, unlike most people, he may have even had traditional gymnastic training. Either way, your comment doesnt make any sense.

  • @AxTraceur : a normal person should do about 100 of these everyday. If you want to stretch it a bit maybe 30 mins of these should be good.

  • doing 3.4s into a backtuck would suck tub. Im sure i could do it since ive fell alot into a belly flop position after doing some backflips being stupid and trying to touch 8 foot ceilings with my hands. Itd be cool, but still dangerous considering all the body weight

  • omg at dpa at school (somthing like gym) out teacher was like every1 do burpees and were like wtf is that and then he showed us and after 2 burpee i feel down and i was exhausted and he did like a million with back tucks WOW i mean how does he to dat he must have slept for 10hrs and take a bath in ice water LOL

  • as part of a bigger workout, definitely cardio. quads, glutes, lower back, transverse abdominus, and abs in the back tuck, and chest, tris, abs in the burpee
