Create a High Key Image With Photoshop Elements

i have photoshop elements 7 and it has no burn or dodge tool!! ive been looking for it for 2 days now..lol and still no doge tool.. there the saturate and desature thingy and a blur tool but its not the same.. it only blurs things,,.. any help? btw the pic is awesome! and she's so cute!!!

Photoshop Elements does have burn and dodge tools - check out the scrapbooking page of my site - the-graphics-tablet com and scroll down the page.

There is a description of all the tools in the toolbar. The dodge and burn tools live with the sponge tool.

She is a cutie, isn't she? Tabitha is now a full grown girl and so sweet and loving.

Like he says in most of his vids, get a tablet, and for me Wacom is the way to go. I have a Bamboo Fun Medium and never looked back.
