Friends are important, however, I won't doubt the joy that a relationship gives me. My fiance is everything to me. After nearly a year of being together, I can't imagine how I did anything before I met him. And please don't try to lose 15 lbs, especially on a starvation diet. You'll only make yourself feel ill and weak and that will do nothing for your mental health. Look at all of us, we all love you! Take some positivity from that. And have you considered going to a class? Like at a college? It'll give you a sense of purpose, and you might meet some more intelligent people there.
You need more mature friends. You're in your 20s now Matthew, and I get the impression you still hang around with people who are teenagers, or at least have the teen mindset. I found out who i could and couldn't trust. Unfortunately I don't want to be friends with anyone I can't trust so that took a few out right there and then there were the still new friends boundaries between others (things didn't work out) not to mention before this my best friend of 5 years (I've moved a bit and thats the longest running friendship I've had). This left me with 0 friends and one loving boyfriend.

Friends are important, however, I won't doubt the joy that a relationship gives me. My fiance is everything to me. After nearly a year of being together, I can't imagine how I did anything before I met him. Unfortunately, with how unfaithful much of our homosexual society is, I know what I found is extremely rare among us. I found out who i could and couldn't trust. Unfortunately I don't want to be friends with anyone I can't trust so that took a few out right there and then there were the still new friends boundaries between others (things didn't work out) not to mention before this my best friend of 5 years (I've moved a bit and thats the longest running friendship I've had). This left me with 0 friends and one loving boyfriend.
