I just now found your videos and look forward to adding these exercises to my workout. Some of them look really challenging, particularly the "High Intensity Interval Training" video. I'm glad you demonstrate the modified forms... I think I'll begin with those and work my way up. :)
I'm sitting at home right now with a 2litre bottle of Dr pepper and a bag of sensations crisps (Doubt I'll have it all) =D But I ran 1 mile this morning cycled 2 miles spent a few hours down the beach and then cycle 2 miles back home =) so I deserve it ;D

You do know that famous celebs pay big buck for ppl like you to help them stay in shape. If I knew some, I would definitely give them your name. I'm sure alot of ppl who watch your videos and keep up with your blog would agree, that you are better than most all the personal trainers who are famous.
I wanna be hot and sexy when im 40 and 50!! working towards it is hard I have two babies under 2 and gained alot while prego..but its coming off slowly and hopefully will stay that way! i had no sugar or creamer in my coffee this morning for the first time and it wasn't that bad! thanks for your inspiration to me and you daily at home workouts I wouldnt be able to get a workout in without them! :D
Zuzanna inspires me, actually. No joke, she's why I've been working out everyday. My boyfriend is fit but Zuzanna was the one who got me off my butt to do work outs! Now, I eat healthier without even thinking about it, I crave junk food barely ever and I'm happier. I have more energy for bike rides with my love and stuff. Just yesterday I noticed a small difference in my body but it made me feel incredible! (My bum's tighter. :3) Thank-you from the bottom of my heart, Zuzanna & Frederick!
