Yeah that water freezes at night and thaws during the day to around 1 degree above freezing

Yeah your boots turn to mush after that, but its usually at the end of the season, so dry out your boots over the summer, sell them in the fall and get new ones.

I did pond skimming contest in a 60 foot long 5 foot deep pond. 1st 2 trys made it across perfect 3rd try i tryed to hit a jump into it and when i hit the water, like i couldent breathe and my mind was like soooo messed up, i like couldent understand anything hahaha. Awesome vid

Its so cold that your heart feels like its going into shock instantly. Thats me crashing when Tarek Husevold does the followcam. That wasn't the only time I've crashed in the freezing water, we try this whenever we can cause its so fun and buttery-smooth when you make it across.
