I just bought very expensive Roland TD-12 kit but now I have watched some A.D vids and this program sounds extremely good. Could someone tell me what I need to do to use my Roland kit and this program to play? Kit, program, cable, computer?

@Villex93 All you need is an uno midi cable chord which is about 40 bucks, a decent laptop or PC with a nice sound card ( AISO) or interface & that's about it. Best wishes.

man i think i need your help. i have a roland td-6 and addictive drums, when i try to play my drum set with the program the crash sounds on the high hat and the high hat souns wen i hit the kick, any idea how to fix this?

yeah, you might need a midi-usb-interface...that would be the easiest way. a lot of external soundcards have got a midi-in/out, so you could use one of them.

hello, my friend, nice drumming, iam just getting one of this drum set, it is really awasome what you can do, but actually i am having some troubles, the kick doesnt work properly, if i play in a 4/4 rythm fr example one white and two black. the first black doesnt sound even using the same pushing force. i tried configurating everything but no solved, I chance cable, i dont know what much more to do.. How close to a real (or should I say acoustic) drum kit is the playing feeling? I mean, if I get used to play in this kit and had to play in a acoustic kit would I be at loss or should I be fine? I am trying to get the most close to an acoustic drum kit with a digital one because I live in a condo and can't make that much noise.

My bands drummer has a TD3 based kit. We run the MIDI out into the MIDI in on my Presonus Firepod. Using MIDI doesnt use any sounds from the TD3 module, it just acts to trigger the sounds on the computer (ie AD or EZ D) :)
