True story... I remember seeing this commercial back then. Couldn't believe it. Over the years I convinced myself it didn't happen, that it must have been a SNL parody half-remembered. I just thought of it a few minutes ago looking at another retro commericial; a quick search, and here it is. Absolutely amazing after all these years. I would not be surprised if it ran only once or twice before saner heads took it off the air, and I just happened to be one of the few that saw it.

I just got this commercial in a lot of classic TV commercial reels I bought it is so hilarious..there are two versions a longer one with kids in it..the kids all laugh and say "I busted your balls!" "Sis you busted my balls!" It is soo funny..I bought 6 reels of old commercials man they are a hoot..

The term ballbuster was known and widely used in the 70s. I remember this commercial, I was just a young kid but I remember hearing my parents talk about it and how they couldn't believe it was for real. With in a week or so it was only shown late at night, I'm assuming because of complaints. That's when I finally saw it. But shortly there after it was banned completely.
