See that fake "?" block just before the drop in the 1st lap? A weird thing happened when I crashed into it, it didn't slow me down at all. I went flying forwards through the air, similar to a shell that gets fired from there. I landed in the pipe, I actually gained on the person ahead of me, bypassing the waterfall entirely.

I have seen that happen to others before. I think that area can cause some small glitches because of how it is supposed to force you down the pipe.
