It sounds like a standard engine (or at least some form of rover v8) tuned to get 300hp. Therefore it has nothing at the bottom end for off-road work like this, only off-road rallying. The guy's driving doesn't help, but the power is in the wrong place!

the driver has balls, the 4x4 has horsepower but it needs some suspension travel for a little flexing.

That's made mostly for speed races but with two differentials can do many things... It's a great off road vehicle!
