i have a question? the white digital line counter, how do you put it on and off the rigger? i have the ones that slide on a off but wont come out because of the gear. i have an old rigger with the digital line counter but i cant figure how to get it off to put on my new one can you please help?

@DuckKiller1327 Not sure which line counter you are talking about. On most downriggers the cable goes over a wheel that is inside the counter. As the cable goes over it (up or down), it moves the counter. If you want to replace the counter you should be able to take it off the cable and them un-screw it from your rigger (not sure how it is attached), than you can attach he new one in a similar manner...God bless you, Italo
