hey guys ive got an 01 rm250 with alot of mods done to it . once it hits powerband in 1st it wheel spins sick bike but i rekon rm250 are the quickest 250 for some reason i raced a wr250f upon a straight road and i beat him pretty wheeling it the whole way should post some vids soon . nice bike
Those are two totally different bikes. The RM250 is a 2 stroke motocross bike. A race bike. The WR250f is a 4 stroke trailbike. In fact, the WR series is designed to be good trailbikes that can easily be converted for street use with only 2-3 mods. A 2 stroke creates more power per cc than a 4 stroke... Even beyond that, is the fact that you are comparing a race bike with a "just for fun bike" The RM250 isn't any faster than a 2 stroke YZ250. (I like Yamaha... I'm partial to my YZ450f)
For the first, much easier for the police to recognize if you escape a police-chase, for the second it does not count as a license plate as you claim.
But still its fun to drive those bikes on the street ;)
Fallin on your back must be fun. But you just got to find the balance point. In this video, i was just before my balance point so i had to keep a lot of throttle. Try gettin the front end up a little ways, then keep blipping the throttle to keep it at that height. Then as you get that down, start gettin higher and higher. You'll eventually find the balance point and you'll be able to ride it out for miles.
oh ok see i always try to leave the throttle steady i dont flip maybe thats what causes me to fly back lol.. thnx a llot dude.. ill try that next time
Well this bike had a hell of a lot into the motor... the only thing that was original to the bike was the tank. Everything else either had my hand or my dad's friends hand on it. He was one of the old school like creators of mx. He did all kinds of shaping to the ports to get it to flow just right... we must of had the bike apart 30 times just for that. But my friend had a CRF450 with the usual work and it couldnt even touch it. The car that they're filming from is a 90 Mustang w/ a supercharged
5.0L and he was cruising in 4th gear. We used to just cruise the streets doin wheelies and just havin fun. Man i miss that bike... sorry for the long comment lol

nice wheelie i have the same bike.. any advice on how to keep the wheelie up cause can bring it up and when i try to keep it up i fall backwards..
