I've been a retro gamer since i was six and I've been a collector since last year and I've just recently got a hold of Super Mario All-Stars yesterday and it was pretty good. I also got another controller so that i could play with a friend and the games were pretty good. I wish that they had options called "Classic" and "Modern" that popped up before it went to the files. And have it show a picture below showing the classic version and the same with modern. That would've been pretty cool.

Okay guys... Some people just cant afford these dazzle things or capture cards to record their games. I could understand if this were an LP but it's just a review. So don't start complaining about the quality, we came to this vid to learn about the game not see an LP. So stop complaining and just appreciate the review. Oh, and great review BTW, man.

@TheDistraughtGamer Interesting. I've not noticed anything like that whatsoever. Where have you heard that? Just rumor mill? I've never heard of such, but still have not seen anything like that.

@19Bigfoot85 I was looking for a good price for this game on Amazon and I read the reviews and two of them said there was a "slowdown" or lag I think I read that somewhere else too can't remember where

The original mario superstars had more colors and the gameplay was slightly faster. But with the addition of SMW the games took some colors out and made the game play lag in certain parts of levels that the original never did. But hey its all the marios in one Cart.

@TheDistraughtGamer Well, the reason that I'm not seeing such a possibility could be that: I haven't owned this game since I was about 7 or 8. When I was that age, we had the reg. Super Mario All-Stars cart, not the one with SMW included, so I don't notice anything off, such as lag.

@19Bigfoot85 Yeah I'll probably just buy the whole deal I havent played 2d mario since 4 or 5 years ago on gba remakes so I don't think it should bother me now that I think about it thanks for the reply :)

@PennywiseBlitz That sounds awesome, but I wouldnt think that knowing a company's history wouldn't really help you in this gaming generation.
