  • Thank you for the fantastic tutorials. Would it possible to show how you would query the mysql for shipping cost that would be added to the shopping cart not using the PAYPAL shipping method. If each product would have a shipping type field associated with it in the table and another table in the database that would hold the cost associated with the shipping type.

  • Great video! Set up your ecommerce business for free with our Easy Help Zen Cart Tutorials:

  • Followed this tutorial from the start and still getting an error in the cart where I have an unidentified index in cart.php on line 9. Is there a source code lying about anywhere by any chance?

  • @bigbaz34 I am getting the same thing even though I watched all the videos and was designing a page along with it making some modifications along the way. My error states "Notice: Undefined index: Quantity- in cart.php on line 9.

I changed all the quantity to Quantity throughout the tutorial.

Have you figured out the issue and the solution yet?

  • @lernedman do you have anything like error_reporting(0); on the code atall? if so, delete that line, and try again, if still no error, or error_reporting was not on page, then check the spelling of your sessions and cookies etc.

  • Is it going really quick because its on a local webserver or something else?

  • If you mean loading?

Than partly yes, Also, it is quick because of my computers RAM, processor speed and internet connection.

Also only I am accessing it, making it a more efficient load, as server isnt under strain.

if it is slightly slower online, I would recommend that you lower file sizes however you can, AS this will speed up your files, however This file, as it is quite small (in reality to other pages) should only take about 2-3 seconds maximum on a really slow connection.

  • nice dude

  • Thankyou
