  • nice car deluxe :)

  • @kratosthemos Thanks, it sure is very rare too, I have yet to find another one out there that is just like mine with leather interior. Most of the ones I see have cloth interior and the 4 cylinder engine. Plus I haven't seen any others in black, I have seen 2 others one in green, and one in blue, One other person actually stops in with a 1991 model, I really don't like the bodystyle of the 1991 model, its more boxy, where mine is more rounded and has more curves.

  • What the fuck...

  • @NintendoCollector Haha, yea I know. You should see how many people speed up to get a closer look at the name of the car or to see it closer up because a lot of people didn't even know Sonata's were around in that year, I honestly never seen a Sonata like this until my Aunt bought the car, if this car was immaculate it would be a sharp looking car.

  • No chime?

i like the chime those older Hyundais have lmao.

  • @TJC450 I know me too, I don't know what happened to the chime, I honestly never looked into it, I think my Aunt honestly snipped the wire for the chime because it annoyed her maybe. I checked fuses and everything seems to work fine. That was something I was always wondering why it don't work, she had a custom security alarm put in with remote keyless entry. So maybe when they installed that they messed up the chime or something, who knows. :(

  • Wait, so you cvan buy LED bulbs for cars like this that originally came with incandescanet, I guess. ???

  • @MrMK94 Yes, of course, look on ebay. That is where I find my led bulbs from. I already changed the bulbs in my new car to LED ones as well. Just type in your bulb number, let's say your tail light bulbs are 1157, type in 1157 led bulb and you will see tons of different kinds. Some can get pricey, some are affordable. My bulbs cost me $50 each, but I got good ones that had a lot of bulbs and were very bright. The led bulbs have the same base as your standard bulb, they might cause hyper flashing

  • @carman81usa If you install an led bulb in your turn signal. It might cause rapid blinkers, it don't do that with my Sonata because I replaced my flasher relay box to one meant for led bulbs.

  • You should get a Real 55watt HID kit, i had those gts healight covers on my mustang at one point and you cant see crap with them at night, hated taking them off every night.

  • @matrixloader I know, I did that in the rest of my vehicles my brother and I had, just never thought of doing that in this car as, I don't even drive it at night, lol.

  • ....im sorry.....wtf is this? Like with the "hood scoops and hood vents"?

  • @SubieSean I wanted to give the car an agressive look on the front end, hence with the smoked headlight covers and leather front end cover, etc. I know my friends told me I went overboard, well I couldn't find chrome of stainless parts for this car, so I went with that instead, lol.

  • @SubieSean adds horse power!!!!!

    didn't you know that?

    :P

  • @Jakeman2164 Yup your right, picture #22 and #32 is also of my car as well, lol.

  • Its pretty nice for a old hundai

  • @integraz32lover Yea now you can see what I dont want to part with it. lol

  • @carman81usa lol

  • Do you still have the Volt?, did you have to do any rewiring to add the LED lights?

  • @Marcstang04 HA!!!!!!! Yes!! Of course I still have the Volt, the Volt is my daily driver, this Sonata is parked for good right now because it has no brakes, due to a brake line needs to be repaired or replaced. Thats the whole reason why I had to stop driving, otherwise I would have probably still been using the car. Nope all the LED bulbs just replaced the stock bulbs, but I did have to change the turn signal relay, to one meant for LED bulbs so that they wouldnt blink fast.

  • LOoks pretty good!

  • not bad being that it is a 16 year old car. By the way was this your first car?

  • @Raiderpride2013 Thanks, yes I think still has a lot of life left, for only 109,000 miles, give it a tune-up and it should be ready to roll again. Nope wasn't my first car. I started driving a 1996 Acura SLX first, then a 2000 GMC Envoy, those 2 I shared with my dad, then my own very first car was a 2000 Mercury Sable, after the Sable came a 2002 Mercedes ML320 and after the ML came a 2006 Land Rover LR3, and that's the same time I got the Sonata as well. So I had quite a few vehicles before it.

  • What happend to the Land Rover?...what made u get rid of it...I wish I could own a Land Rover

  • @Raiderpride2013 Well all the vehicles that I have had and driven were all leased vehicles, except for the RV which my parents own, and the Sonata which I own because it was given to me by my Aunt. Trust me I do miss my Land Rover alot, everything except the fuel economy it got of course, lol.

  • @carman81usa ok thanks man

  • looks good!

  • @KingEastCoast Thanks, at one point like 6 years ago I had this car looking like a gem, but now it has just been sitting for the past 4 years.
