I figured Zack would already be out since it was 8 years with eligibility for parole after 4. Powell..... I thought he would serve longer after being recognized as the hospital rapist.
I would think Powell would still be locked up in a looney bin. But he is a Lord therefore related to Jessica so she should know that her cousin is out of jail. I think it would be interesting if Zack came back and begged Todd for a job.
Actually, he was shown during their group therapy after Todd was pardoned. At the beginning of the hospital rapist s/l, Zack was still there. After that, he wasn't on anymore.

Btw - this is somewhat off-topic, but I think Sean Moynihan who played Powell, would've made the perfect Elvis IMO. Everything from his facial/bone structure to his hair. Where is he anyway? I don't think he's done any acting since leaving OLTL.
I NEVER understood how they let Powell back into school after he was convicted of raping another student. Makes no sense. I have a tape of this lame episode where Powell is at a party a year after the Spring Fling......dressed like Cyrano and tarding witty "barbs" with someone who is calling him out on what he did. Its ridiculous. Like we were supposed to be all "aww! Look at the cute, silly little rapist!" I am glad they eventually made Powell evil.

Wasn't it Todd that called him out at the masquerade ball before he was caught and arrested? Btw, I hated that it was freakin' Powell that stopped Todd from getting away.
I will rewatch the tape if I can stomach it and find out. I think Todd was there in a mask and originally messed with Powell but then some other guy got in on it too? I dont remember. I think I was distracted by how awesomely hot Marty looked in her costume.
I actually never thought of Powell as evil, just completely bat-shit crazy. He clearly inherited some of the Lord crazy-genes. I always figured he ended up in some kind of institution. On the other hand, Powell should have originally been sentenced to more than a year for raping Marty, contrite or not.
I'm glad I'm not the only one lusting after Powell. :/
