How can we make banker's money useless? All you have to do is to turn around anything involve ownership and directly competing with them. Just sell all liabilities related to banks faster than they can cope with with your foreign partners using credit default swap. The numbers are certainly staggering, but paying down the debt in the middle of a recession would only hurt the economy by decreasing services at a time when millions of Americans are unemployed. I applaud President Obama's efforts to boost small business loans and infrastructure spending. While the jobs may be temporary, they are indeed jobs and the services will serve to improve our dilapidated infrastructure. We need more foreign investment!
