I can't remember if it's season 2 or 3 but I'm pretty sure it's 2. That particular scene is a dream that Jerry's having, where the FBI shows up and arrests him or having illegal cable installed.

The best thing about this fantastic re-cut is it actually forms a plot!

"Sam" (male or female) is terrorizing Elaine, she wants help, Kramer turns her to Newman who kills him/her, only Kramer gets blamed. Now everyone is trying to save Kramer and take Newman down.

Incredible props to the creator who made a fantastic video but also created a whole story.
