I personally think that Robby Rotten represents the Capitalists around the world,trying to manipulate the citizens in Lazy town,and he is always after Sportecus,Robby owns the town,but sportecus does not live in the town,he lives above the town,the character "Stingy" is a symbol of Selfishness,all the other characters represent other characteristics,there is political meaning in this.
