25th Anniversary of City Impact Church Part One

I remember being scared of returning to church. I felt that I wasnt worthy of being in the lord's house if I had not been able to fully commit to him. This church showed me that God's love is for me too with all of my faults, sins and wrong doings in my past. If I had not been shown this I wouldve never returned to the lord my God at all. .Such a loving and caring church who give back to the community in more ways that I ever imagined. Kia ora City Impact, for helping me back to life with God!

@MaungareiAotearoa why do you feel the need for a god that doesnt exist?Why do you need a crutch to help you?I find it interesting that in these times we should have evolved past superstitious stories that were written as a guideline for ancient man to keep him within morality.Its just basic knowledge of whats right and wrong,so i do agree that its good for morality but the stories are very far fetched.

give me a break,Peter Mortlock is the biggest con man ive met.He is an ex real estate salesman that thinks he is the chosen one.If i thought that i would be locked up and put in a straight jacket.Ive met the man and he earbashed me for ages and wouldnt listen to what i said.

@MaungareiAotearoa i gave my own personal theories in response to his earbashing.Im not prepared to share what i think as its my own beliefs and dont feel the need to push my theories.I do admit hes clever but i would love to know why he has an American accent when he preaches.He is a very clever salesman.Im being serious when i say ive talked at length with him and he couldnt answer my questions without saying that you must have faith.He is full of himself

@jurrassicsparks without question I think that you have valid views. Everyone has their own beliefs, and you are certainly within your own right to have them. Christianity is much bigger than just one man. This church in particular has so many wonderful people involved who are sincere. God bless and merry christmas

@MaungareiAotearoa have a merry Christmas too,by the way i would certainly follow the christian morals as opposed to the muslim morals.I do believe women are equal to men and i find it abhorrent for a religion to promote dominance over women.I truly wish we could all get on in this world.
