  • where did gela get that lovely coat???

  • Would you be concerned about all that spirulina affecting your body's B12 absorption??

  • oo Angela I like your sweater/coat!

  • I love making thick smoothies like that!

  • Wow,after 10 years of living in other people house Angela is one woman who deserves her own home. Creating you own space is going to be so much fun for you guys. I am counting the days for you! (Plus another thank you for all you have done for me me through your vids)

  • Interesting recipe, but I couldn't make it that thick. I made the mistake of not adding enough water and nearly gagged. So Now I always 2cups of water so its very drinkable. It make more but it fills me up till lunch time.

  • If you havent already plug in with Caroline Myss cd, your primal nature, before you go to your sacred space. you will love it. I feel?

  • Papaya is a WONDERFUL parasite cleanser by itself. We had to use it with one of our children. For 48 hours things were crawling out of that child.

    It is amazing stuff.

  • I've never seen anyone make their green smoothie so thick. Interesting. If you're on a juice feast it can trick your brain to thinking you're getting solid foods too.

  • @krystilmist

you can make a green smoothie or a green pudding. less water with pudding. change of pace with the consistency.

  • very awesome!!! a cant wait to buy my juicer and try this recipe!!!

  • It must be amazing to finally get your own house, so exciting! I'm looking forward to the Vilcabamba vids!

  • That's a great looking shake. Have a save trip and dont forget to make some vids of the beautiful landscape :)

  • FedEx the juicer!

  • BTW is that a snuggie?! lol

  • That is an awesome smoothie! Totally raw and LIVING! Very vibrant. I can't wait for the farmer's market season here!!!

  • I'm surviving mostly off algae, greens. Also some nuts and seeds.

Spirulina and chlorella are the healthiest foods on the planet IMO.

  • Are you guys living in a garage?

Just moved over to smoothies and loving them.

I use a spoon also reminds me to chew them.

Forget the jar I just eat mine straight out of the blender carafe. ( :

  • Do you put the sunflower seed coats in or remove them first?

  • Where are you and why do you have to do this on the floor????

  • cilantro and parsley are my favorite smoothie greens. =^-^= and.. omg you make smoothies exactly how I do! =^-^= I'm always putting papaya in mine too.

  • I tried Papaya once and I hated it ... I've no idea why.... any suggestions? It was Mexican papaya; does that make a difference? Thanks, Angela and Matt.... you are blessed!

  • I've only ever had mexican papaya. I too tasted it when i was a kid and i thought it tasted like vomit.. it is only now I know why. It wasn't ripe. It looked ripe but it wasn't ripe. A perfectly ripe papaya isn't green at all. it will be soft like a perfectly ripe mango. and smell sweet. It may even be bruised and usually doesn't make it home without getting scraped or slightly dented. I hope that helps. =^-^=
