  • Whats the name of the song

  • hey want to give you credit... car and engine compartment is clean as it could be i love it! how many miles are on it? check out my vid of an 02 windstar limited with sea foam

  • thats one BIG box, how much cubic feet and where was it bought from?

  • @DynamikT

I honestly don't remember how big the box was cubic wise, but it was made here in our shop (in Aloha Oregon). It's been more than 2 years ago I made this box. Since no one had 15's (or wanted to buy them), I took my box back and used them for my subs.

Usually a box like this is around 110 bucks, 120 for a ported box. We usually make them according to spec of the speaker for better quality and performance.

  • @MIKEFROSTED

Thanks for the comment. Thats still considering that I wasn't done with what I wanted to do when I did have the van fixed up. New car, new system. I've been delayed so much that it's not funny to work on my new system. I'll keep to my word with new videos soon though

  • Why oh why do so much to a mini van lol

  • @yourbro81

why not is the question? Sky's the limit

  • buddy you like jamin out yo lol we needa chill lol 1 day hahahhaha :)

  • @tevinwigginss

Hell yeah, any time. I have a different car now though. I had a Sentra, but now I have a Cadillac I just bought

  • Opinions on the

    Earthquake TremorX-154 15?

  • @Xionationer

They're good speakers. I'm saving up for some Subzero's though.

They're really good though. I haven't blown the speakers and I think I'm not even close.

  • @albinomexi I got two kickers and they hit pretty hard but I want to look some where else cause I want a single sub since I got two 10s right now hitting 114 DBs lol will they do the job? or other Earthquake subs?

  • Were did yu ground ur amp at bc I cnt find a place in mine

    Nice setup thou

  • @paintjob12

At first, I had my ground by the sear belt all the way in the back. It was good enough for a amp under 600 watts.

After I got my JL, I had problems with the ground so I made my ground where the plastic trim is where the rear door closes. Depending on your wire gauge, you then guide your wire through the plastic moldings to your amp. Remember that the closer the ground, the better.

  • @albinomexi thanx man ive been trynna find a place so yea

  • @paintjob12

Hope everything for you works out, that whole van is pretty much ground as long as you use a wire brush to clean up any paint, rust, etc to make a clean contact to the metal of the van

  • @albinomexi yea everthing is working jus rite

  • @paintjob12

Nice, put up a vid soon

  • We had a 01' Silver LX like yours but it had the rims. Now we have a 2001 Green SEL. On our sel we have already changed out the battery and alternator once. We went through another battery and bought a brand new diehard one. I had to rewire a brand new battery harness, and now it looks like it needs another alternator (they bought the stock motorcraft one a few years ago)

  • @MiamiMeng

The only down side to the windstar is probably the electrical and the axel problem. Other than that, these are good vans.

I had to replace the alternator twice already. The one I did in the video got shot and sopped charging the battery. The new one is running fine, I also have another battery to prevent the alternator from crapping out again.

Just regular maintenance, and these cars can keep going and going.

  • I'm fuckin with it dude. I like it. I had a white windstar with two twelves, when I bought my contour I also bought fifteens to go with it, but I sure did love my windstar set up. Minivan pride, nigga.

  • @Burillium38

Honestly, no matter what others say, minivans are the best. I don't have the sound system in the windstar anymore, it's currently in my Sentra. It dones't and will never sound as good as the van.

    -thanks for the comment

  • sony cd player bad idea.. i have 2 earthquake dbxi15 2eathquake ph2000 amps+a ph800 for 4earthquake eq8 midbass 4 earthquake bt44s titanium tweeters and i was working with the sony bt3800 and it was shit i threw that out and got a alpine cda-9812rb now i put out better sound and better bass

  • @arourisgozzila

Trust me, I'm not a big fan of Sony either, but that's all I had to get at my job that actually had all the outputs for my amps and actually answered my phone.

I do however want to get a new stereo down the road that offers me more features, maybe Clarion flip out, but again, it depends on what outputs and features it has.

  • your a fuckin fag you think your cool its a fucking van are you retarded and all those subs suck dick just stop making videos lmao fuckin reatrd why would you replace the alternator bro its a piece of shit and once again its a van!!!!!!!!!!!!! FAGG

  • @supamanhigh8500

No need to hate. If you think it's retarded, then why bother watching my videos? Wouldn't that make you retarded. Look, if you gonna hate, then go somewhere else.

This is my vehicle at the moment, and if you even bothered to watch all of them, it's not permeant.

  • cool, I just bought it this morning and ended up getting myself some velcro as well since the air con mount kept moving when I made turns and I really didnt feel like screwing in the other mount to my dash. I wish they would have included a windshiel mount, it would have been alot sturdier

  • @ZachRdz

I wish they did the same. Would of been convient. My old XM Roady 2 had the velcro and I didn't use it so I took it off that. There's a more permenate way of installing it, but I only have it with velcro until I can actually buy my new car

  • I have a 2005 ford escape with a sony gt640ui installed and the extra slot on the bottom. I see that you have the extra slot on the top of the radio instead, did you just stick the xm radio mount in there or did you have to screw it in or something?

  • @ZachRdz

I'm using Velcro to keep my XM in place. The reason for me using Velcro is so I can take it off and connect it to my truck, at home and to prevent it from being stolen.
