Hey, Patp464 - Harry James was a trumpet player (: LOL . Henry Jones is the guy who played Mr. Pem in this episode as well as in an earlier season 4 episode (A Time to Die.) He played a Dr. Smith- (Lost in Space) type character in a season 3 episoded (Night of Terror.)
Thanks for sharing the final episode of a good series. It was actually pretty good. Harry James was superb in this episode as were both the men who portrayed the traitors.
Of course all this is made up, but I somehow suspect the Seaview technology would be so far ahead of what 18th century men would recognize that they might actually fail to be impressed. There is some real-life precedent for this, when jungle people are shown our present-day civilization.
One of the best series finale ever! The usual high level of underwater adventure and whimsy with a touch of heart.Great villain choice, played with relish by Henry Jones, and guest stars. The very last frame in the epilogue was out of the ordinary and spoke volumes:time's up.Thanks for this!
How charmingly, unaccidentally this one was delivered, personally, in a single snap, even as still another message, of simple acknowledgment, if nothing more, to complement the very one embodying the episode itself.
There may be No Way Back, yet there still remains A Time to Die, which cannot be circumvented by any means, prior to its being just as irrevocably undone.
