If you really want to get good when you get into the music business (which is extremely competitive where ever you go) then you take other peoples opinions, good or bad, and make them constructive, but if you want to just stay at the same level then just keep doing what you're doing, but keep in mind music is one of the most competitive things out there so people will say things to you no matter what.

From what I can hear they did good but the quality is poop. Sounds like it would be good to hear live though. It's not the same but thats not what music is about right? It's about havin fun and expressing yourself. Good job guys, thumbs up!
This was pretty good I'd say. Not great, but pretty damn good. The vocals were there which in itself made this good. I donèt know if itès my speakers or the recording but guitarist needs to tone down the effects and turn down his guitar a bit. Bass was excellent except I wouldnt use slides. As a true mars volta fan and bass player Id say this did the song justice thoguh for sure. Id like to jam wiht the singer and drummer lol.

Cause the cover is good.. until the guitarist (no offense, really) didn't play the solos.... and well.. when half the song is about solos and the emotion the guitar has to spread around the public... well, that lack of guitar solos (acid jazz solo and acoustic solos) made this less good than it could have been.

Great cover guys. I think mix sounds quite good actually. Its a recording, so it's gonna sound worse. I think you should just use the phaser for the ver first bit of the intro before the bass comes in. For the rest i don't think omar uses it.
