Also about stats, discounting family related possible conditions, on average 1500 kids go missing in the USA alone each WEEK. The media is eirily silent on that. I'd say it is a "conspiracy of silence", also the title of a documentary Discovery decided not to air and destroy any copy they could get a hold of.

@SlackerSlayer They decided not to air it because their sources were extremely questionable and a large amount of the information provided therein was at best debatable, and at worst completely falsified. Like the 1500 kids go missing in the USA alone. (The vast majority of missing children reports are completely unrelated to kidnapping or any other criminal/dangerous activity.)
