@Teoroy yes, but it does depend on how long you boil it for, and how quickly its consumed. As well if you have other components such as tofu and mushrooms you want to make sure they are cooked. You can do them separately too. Even adding hot water can destroy the enzymes so either way something will be lost.
when you boil the miso aren't the enzimes cooked and eliminated too? thanks
