I was such a weird kid. When two of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch guys stopped appearing in those commercials I drew comic strips with them in it so they "wouldn't be out of a job!" I felt sorry for them when they no longer appeared in Cinnamon Toast Crunch commercials. Luckily I turned out a lot more normal than you'd expect.

I still have this commercial on a VHS tape from 1987/88, when someone taped A Muppet Family Christmas for me. Only difference about the commercial on the tape was that they had a banner for a contest where you could win 2 giant white teddy bears named Santa Bear and Mrs. Bear and their huge cardboard airplane. (Santa Bear Express) I was 6 years old when that commercial was made.
