Kill / death ratios mean nothing. You can go 1000 kill and 1 death but this just means that you spawn raped or set it up. One of the best player I have ever seen was on BFBC2. The guy killed 50 something and had 60 something deaths but what most people didn't see is that this guy was capturing every position and holding it for reinforcements, He was flanking wookies, He was dishing out supplies all over the place. OK so he died more times than he killed but he IMHO won the match for the team.
