Very interesting perspective. I wonder, though, how it would even be possible to separate into "ascension" when we are all one anyway. Can we truly push away or is it really total integration? I completely agree that we are needed here on earth to alleviate the suffering by bringing the higher frequencies to all - our task is here and not to separate - and that we need to take complete responsibiltiy for all we create. Yet, perhaps it is only thru the self that this can even be accomplished..
We cannot truly separate, yet we have fooled ourselves through our fears, false beLIEfs, spitefulness and not realizing we are all one. Yes, only through the self as life standing up, each taking responsibility.
I think I DO believe this, although I never quite thought of it in this way before. Fear is so ingrained, even when we work to release it, society has conditioned us to accept our fears. You are right. Responsibility is key.

the 'Fear Factor' is what keeps us tied and bound to a limited perception of what we really are - life isn't energy - that would be such a limitation - So yep, Self-responsibility is the key, standing One and Equal to see the Common guidelines within all.
The desire for ascension is also buying into an illusion that we can escape from what we've accepted and allowed ourselves to be and become. Instead of walking through the storm of awakening to the truth of ourselves. For me it was very significant that the elves couldn't deal with the Ring, and a hobbit had to go into the land where it was created and cast it into fire. The elves were ascending, and they didn't have the ability to undo what they've accepted and allowed. Humility was required.

if all are 'brought to a higher frequency' then there wouldnt be a higher frequency at all, if all are brought to it, then no other frequency is able to exist and thus this higher frequency is not
so if no higher and lower, no good or bad, no right or wrong, better or worse existed, what then would exist?
