Yes, youtube does delete/hide/spam videos. I once tried to put up videos on Barack Obama's affiliation with the CFR, as well as other politicians running for president(Hillary, John M., John E., Rudy, etc.) on facebook. It was posted, then the next day the video was deleted from facebook and youtube. You should type in "Barack Obama CFR" and check out for yourself if you don't already know about it.

S. 1959 is the name of the bill as it stands in the Senate. H.R. 1955 was the name of the same bill as it went through the House of Representatives.
