@ThePokeMelody meh, i find it comes through for me when i need it, easy trick with it, if youre in a difficult fight with a pain in the arse melee douche and is followers, unequip your gun go into vats and click the motherfucker until you get a paralyzing palm (waves of 3 atacks in vats work best) then dispatch his guards and pick on the crippled motherfucker ^_^

Why does everyone post videos of unarmed combat like it's impressive? Unarmed is probably the most OP combat style in the game, especially with the deathclaw gauntlet about. there's nothing impressive about paralyzing something and hitting it while it's down. I did this on the 360 but I was level 26 (Thanks to Broken Steel expansion pack) I had only my fists cause I didn't have spiked knuckles are some other weapon like that, and I didn't have Paralyzing Palm perk either. Did it on Easy difficulty though so pretty much any one can do it on easy. What difficulty did you do it on?
