There is another girl name Jessica Park similar to her condition - except she was born without the arms. She seems to do everything as well - even putting on contact lens. But never seen her putting on her clothes like maybe even sweater or jacket.

a couple of things that make me think when i see this video...
1) Why was the electrical box capable of opening, and did the family sue the electrical company for leaving it that way.
2) Why did the parents let their 2 year old play outside without their supervision?
